Initial Consultation

Services begin with a landscape consultation held in your garden.

We talk about what sort of garden you’d like to have, preferences for plants species and materials, connections between inside and out and opportunities to enhance what is already there.

Dinah prepares a design brief that summarises the conversation and provides a fee proposal for drawing up a landscape plan.

The cost of this service is $300.00 (excl. GST)

Landscape Plan

The landscape plan is drawn to scale and shows all existing components of the garden to be kept or reused and all additional elements such as structures, features, surface materials and plants. 

The plan includes a schedule of built elements, a schedule of plants and relevant notes on construction. 

The landscape plan is the document used for quoting and construction. 

Any design modifications requested after presentation are made before getting quotes for construction. 

The cost of this service is priced individually and is agreed in advance.

Installation

Dinah recommends landscape contractors to prepare an itemised quote for installing your garden.

She is available to oversee the work under construction and ensures that your new garden turns out well. 

This service is charged on an hourly rate of $250.00 (excl. GST)
